Lovely 10 volume set published by J. M. Dent, London, Color illustrations by Charles E. and Henry M. Brock. The Brock brothers were fans of Austen's period and devoted themselves to accuracy. There are 60 illustrations spread over the 10 volumes. C.E. illustrated SS, E, and P while H.M. Illustrated PP, MP, and NA.  The set is covered in green cloth with an elaborate illustration of a lady on the front, with gilt titles. Page tops are gilt, sides and bottoms rough cut. Ribbon bookmarks. Edited with introductory comments by R. Brimley Johnson. Bio in front of first volume. This set has some very slight darkening of the spines. Covers are unusually clean for these sets. Pages are clear and clean, no foxing. This is a mixed set, with some volumes dated 1898, 1900, and 1901.
